1. First Class (Tickets/CDs/Vinyl) - 3/5 working days (no insurance) - 50p
2. Registered (Tickets/CDs/Vinyl) - 3/5 working days (full insurance) - £5.00
   Please be aware that unless the registered post option is used we cannot be held responsible for non delivery of tickets by the Royal Mail, and we are not able to issue refunds or replacement tickets if they fail to be delivered. If you have any concerns about postal deliveries at your address please either use the registered post option, or collect your tickets from the shop or the venue.
   
3. Ticket Collection @ Crash (instore pickup) - up until day of the concert (excluding Sundays) - FREE
4. Ticket Collection @ Venue - on the day of the concert - FREE
