Christmas / Covid Shipping Update

*UPDATE* Last UK posting dates have now past so whilst we are still Accepting & Dispatching orders pre Christmas Delivery is not to be expected.

ALSO upon advice from the Royal Mail we have had to Pause accepting orders for shipments outside of the UK - lots of factors have contributed to this including the recent port closures due to rising Covid cases - the up coming confusion over Brexit and how mail will handled Plus price rises from 1st Jan .

This will not affect already placed pre order these will stay in place but we cannot accept any more international orders (EU / USA / Canada / Japan ROW etc) until things are a little clearer - fingers crossed this is only a temprary measure.

Whilst we are working flat out (with a great team) to dispatch all orders placed with us (in stock items for example are taking less than 1 working day to pack and dispatch), we need customers to pay attention to the information below:

Please note before placing an order with us, Royal Mail (the service we use for all our mail dispatch, both inland and international) are currently under extreme pressure due to the ongoing pandemic as well as the early Christmas rush.

These 2 factors mean that even this early in the month unless the Special delivery option is selected we CANNOT guarentee pre Christmas delivery now (as of 3rd December)

We are dispatching orders once/twice a day but once we have passed the packages over to Royal Mail any delays are out of our hands.

If you are local to us we urge you to select the FREE collect instore option - the shop is open 7 days a week for collections and may prove the better option rather than waiting on post to be delivered.

2nd Class post seems to be the worst affected domestically so whilst it is the cheapest method please avoid wherever possible for now (standard delivery under normal circumstances on 2nd is 3-4 days add on the 10 working days after that before Royal Mail classes an item lost plus factoring in more time for delays could potentially take orders placed now past Christmas Day).

This doesn't affect all orders so we are hoping items will reach you in the usual couple of days but we at Crash urge you to consider these factors above before placing an order or indeed chasing up an already dispatched order with us (tracking numbers if present will be sent to you direct when dispatched. We have no further information beyond what is available on the Royal Mail's website)

Thank you for reading this boring (but important information!) We hope you are enjoying your music soon.
