COVID-19 Update
As of today's date (Wednesday 18th March) we are still open for business as normal. Our opening hours are 9:30am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am - 4pm on Sunday. However, this may well change in order to comply with Government directives as the current health crisis unfolds. We will still be mailing out all new releases ordered online, but will also give people the opportunity to have orders posted out where the collect at Crash option had originally been chosen. However, for those of you who are calling in for your purchase we can assure you that we are taking all possible precautions with hygiene and cleanliness in the shop. We are also a ticket agent for most of the concert venues in Leeds and this has meant that we have been dealing with lots of cancelled and postponed gigs. Refunds are being offered, but it would greatly help us in the case of postponements if customers wait until they see the new date before deciding on a refund. This will also ensure that you are guaranteed entry to the rescheduled date. These are difficult times for everyone and we appreciate the loyalty and patience of our customers as we deal with issues we have never faced before. In the meantime should you require any music to help you through this crisis, but don't feel as though you want to risk a trip into Leeds city centre, we are more than happy to mail CDs and vinyl out to your home address. We only list a very small selection of our stock online, if there is something specific you are looking for please email crash@crashrecords.co.uk and we will get back to you with a price. If it's something we have in stock it will be sent out at the first available opportunity. If it's something we need to order in, we will give you an estimate on how long it will take to get it delivered to you. Finally, our very best wishes to all of you. We can only hope that this worrying situation doesn't last too long and that we get back to normal as soon as possible.
