Themes of power, manipulation, misinformation and autocracy have always played a
role in De Staat's music, but on De Staat these ideas are pushed further than ever
before through an ambitious and challenging concept. The album marks nearly 25
years of groundbreaking innovation within the rock landscape, showcasing the band's
signature blend of heavy grooves, experimental rock and infectious energy.
The new album underlines the band's unique artistic vision and uncompromising
approach.
