Jack Gray bottles eternal youth on his debut full length, Swimming In Jeans. Over the course of a dozen songs the Australian singer, songwriter and producer evokes adolescence with vibrance and nuance, connecting the dots between personal experience and universal truths in the shape of deceptively moving, irreverent and anthemic guitar pop.

With 'Swimming In Jeans’, Jack moves forward by first owning his past, crafting an album that emanates the tone and touchstones of a scruffy, authentic coming of age feature film. Told from his vantage point now in his mid-20s, Jack zooms in on the liminal, transitional time between childhood and so-called real life and explores the Panavision of emotions that comes with it. From micro to macro, from riding in the back of utes on the Sunshine Coast to the naive, warp-speed momentum of young love, from feeling like a Teenage Jesus to questioning the point of it all, Swimming In Jeans takes in the spectrum.
