Jakko M. Jakszyk, most recently known as the vocalist & guitarist in legendary progressive rockers King Crimson, returns with his brand new solo album ‘Son Of Glen’. People already familiar with Jakko’s acclaimed autobiography, ‘Who’s The Boy With The Lovely Hair?’, will be aware of the intensely emotional journey he went on in search of his roots (being an adopted child), and his new solo album takes many of the topics touched on in that book as its starting point. Featuring Jakko, supplemented by musicians including Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree, The Pineapple Thief), Ian Mosley (Marillion), Louise Patricia Crane, Caroline Lavelle, Zoltán Csörsz & his son Django Jakszyk (who provides bass across the album), ‘Son Of Glen’ is an honest & beautiful collection that ends with the 10-minute plus title track, a fantasy about his real father that he never got to meet. The album will be available as a Ltd CD Digipak & Gatefold LP
