Claddagh Records are delighted to announce that on Sept 5th, 2025; Poet, and President of the Ireland Michael D. Higgins, will release his debut Spoken Word album, “Against All Certainty”. with music from celebrated musician, Myles O Reilly. This brand-new spoken word collection set to a stunning musical composition features 10 of the poets most well-known works. Michael D. Higgins has published four collections of poetry — The Betrayal; The Season of Fire; An Arid Season; and New and Selected Poems.  This album, recorded in Aras an Uachtarain, is his first recorded project in the spoken word.
