Following the recent government announcement about non essential shops being allowed to open from Monday 15th June, we have decided to offer a restricted service to our customers. Please read these details if you are planning to call in and see us.
From Monday 15th June we will be open from 10am until 5pm. This will be every day of the week apart from Sunday when we will remain closed until further notice.
Entry to the shop will be for pre-ordered collections (either online or over the phone). Or to make enquiries about stock or tickets. There will be no opportunity for browsing through the racks. If we have something in stock you would like to purchase on the day we will get it for you.
We will have a table situated at the front of the shop and from there we will be able to hand over collections and make sales or issue refunds on tickets for cancelled gigs. All transactions, whether they are sales or refunds will have to be by card.
As we will be operating with reduced staff levels and to ensure some control on the flow of customers we have installed a doorbell. When arriving at the shop -IF THE DOOR IS LOCKED- please push the button and one of us will unlock the door. Wait until the member of staff is on the other side of the table and then enter. We will then be able to deal with your enquiry, whether it’s a collection or something you wish to purchase.
There will be hand sanitising gel and paper towels on a table near the doorway which we would ask all customers to use. We would also certainly encourage people wherever possible to wear face masks.
There may be times when customers have to queue outside the shop. We would ask everyone to observe the 2 metre social distancing rules and to allow people to exit the shop with plenty of space.
Massive thanks to all the customers who have supported us during the last few months with online orders. For now we would still encourage people to use the collect at Crash option on our website, or send us an email if you have a stock enquiry. Hopefully we will be back to normal soon where there will be no restrictions on entry to the premises and full browsing is available. However, for now, we are taking a cautious approach.
