We have today received a message from Snow Patrol informing us that they have had to postpone their album launch gig at O2 Academy on Sunday 8th December (see statement below from the band).
The bad news is that they are not going to be able to perform at the O2 Academy on the original date. However, the good news is that they can play at the same venue on Monday 13th January and all tickets issued will be valid for the rescheduled date. It looks as though timings for the rescheduled date will be Doors 7pm and Snow Patrol on stage around 8pm.
If you are unable to attend the rearranged date on Monday 13th January you are entitled to a full refund. This will of course mean that we need to have albums and tickets returned to us before returning payments. If you need any further information regarding refunds please contact us and we will be happy to help.
This event has sold out, so we need to put a closing date on issuing refunds so that we have sufficient time to put any album + ticket bundles back on sale. So please contact us as soon as possible. The deadline for refunds is Saturday 14th December.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information. We will reply as soon as possible.
Our apologies for any disappointment this postponement might cause.
