In line with Government advice the shop will be closed to the public until further notice. This comes into effect immediately, so we will not be open from Monday 23rd March. All staff apart from one will be on furlough.
One of us will be checking emails from home during the time that we are all self isolating and will try to deal with any enquiries and requests from there. However, there may be certain things that we are not able to do without access to the shop. Please be patient with us throughout this time. We will deal with all issues as soon as it is practically possible.
There is much to look forward to later in the year; album launch events, new music and live gigs etc. It’s really important for everyone to think about better days in the future. Hopefully we can help in generating some positive thoughts amidst all the worry and uncertainty.
Some of you will have booked tickets for gigs/events during March and April and many of these shows are being cancelled and postponed. We have been updating our website with these changes. We would ask people that if a gig has been postponed and a rescheduled date not yet announced, please wait until you know what that date is before requesting a refund. It will be incredibly helpful to us, venues, promoters and artists if people are able to attend rescheduled dates.
Finally we wish all of you our very best wishes during this difficult time. Hopefully all the plans put in place will help stop the spread of Coronavirus and we can swiftly get back to living the life we now realise we take for granted.
All the best,
Ian, Paul, Scott, Joel, Georgia, Matthew and Gavin,
