I’m sure you will all be aware that the government announced non essential retailers would be allowed to open to the public from Monday 15th June.
As of today’s date (Monday 1st June) we have not made a final decision on our plans, but we are hopeful that we can put something in place two weeks from now that will allow us to at least offer a limited service, including collections of orders that were placed on our website.
We are currently trying to work out the best way of doing this so that we can ensure the safety of our customers and the Crash staff. There will be cleansing and hygiene measures that need to be put in place before we can allow customers in. The size of the shop may also mean that we will have to severely restrict the number of people who can be in at any given time and door control will probably be required. As soon as we have firmed up our plans, an update will appear on here and on our social media platforms.
In the meantime, have a look on our website for all the latest pre-orders, special offers and gig tickets. We are still visiting the post shop several times a week to send orders out. However, if you choose the collect at Crash option, please remember you will not be able to pick your order up until we are open again and this will not be until we are fully confident that it is safe to do so.
In summary then, we are still not able to allow any customers in the shop at the moment, but are hopeful that from Monday 15th June a limited service will be available at our shop on The Headrow.
Thank you for all your support during these strange and difficult times, we look forward to seeing you soon.
