From Thursday 5th November through until Wednesday 2nd December the shop will be operating under the new lockdown measures announced by HM Government over the weekend.
This will mean that the shop will be closed to the public and browsing will not be permitted. However, we will be operating a click and collect service for all online orders that have already been placed and any others that we receive during lockdown.
Our opening hours for click and collect will be 10am - 5pm Monday to Saturday. We will be completely closed on Sundays.
Appointments are not needed for click and collect. All customers need to do is ring the doorbell and someone will be straight down to answer.
We will have a desk situated at the front of the shop with a perspex screen attached to the front. Hand sanitising gel will also be available and face coverings are required when entering the premises. Crash staff will also be wearing face coverings when dealing with customer visits.
Like all independent retailers at this time, we are trying to ensure we remain viable and ready for the day when life returns to normal, so we are hugely appreciative of all the support we have received so far. Please keep those orders coming! We will be making regular visits to the Post Office every week if click and collect is not an option.
